Number of new companies with foreign capital decreases
In 2024, 6,084 companies with foreign capital were established in Romania, a decrease of 13.21% compared to the previous year, data from the National Trade Register (ONRC) show, The 6,084 new companies had a total issued share capital of almost $18.407 million, a decrease of 85.35% compared to the issued capital of the companies registered in 2023, which was $125.664 million, ……….
