High-tech packaging
The packaging materials are delivered pre-printed in rolls and are gracefully folded around
the pressing mouth and thermally sealed. This creates the bag and afterwards the hydraulic
cylinder pushes the product into the package. Finally, the filler neck is thermally sealed again
before the packages are fed to the stacking robot via a conveyor belt. The robot uses suction
cups to stack the packages on the imported Euro pallets. After the set amount is reached,
the pallet is automatically sealed and transported to the storage area.
