Textile Fibre
HempFlax produces a textile fibre to replace cotton. Cotton cultivation is the most polluting
crop in the world, with detrimental effects on the health of farmers and the environment.
Cotton draws heavily on the water supply in countries such as Uzbekistan, Pakistan, China
and India, and places an enormous strain on the soil. Hemp is an ideal alternative as it in fact
stimulates soil fertility.
